Shipping & Returns
At the Hamlin Shop we ship worldwide using Australia Post. Postage cost is calculated at checkout.
Orders are packed with love by our Hamlin volunteers and usually dispatched within three working days. Specific delivery times to your location can be found on the Australia Post website.
At Christmas, we recommend placing your order before 10 December for delivery within Australia and prior to 1 December for international shipping. Orders are sent up to the last posting day before Christmas but no delivery dates can be guaranteed.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation does not provide refunds on purchases (except when required by law).
Goods may be returned for an exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition as when received. They must also be in the original packaging. Perishable goods cannot be returned.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible and shipping times will vary depending on your location.
If you wish to return an item for exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the options. Items should be sent by mail to Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation, Locked Bag 20, Pyrmont NSW 2009, Australia.
If you are returning an item with a value over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as it is not possible to guarantee that the returned item will be received by us.
