Our Telba Shawl is a stunning, lightweight 100% linen shawl hand made in Ethiopia. The linen is produced locally, woven on a traditional loom and dyed using local plants and herbs. This shawl is finished with a raw cut edge and will complement any outfit.  
This beautiful piece of Fair Trade jewellery is lovingly handmade in South Africa and features intricate beadwork in stunning colour combinations.  The necklace is handmade by women and the design  brings the vibrant colours and patterns of Africa to life. One necklace can take approximately two days to make.

About the Maker

Our textiles supplier is a member of the World Fair Trade Organization and operates a wonderful facility in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia where spinners and weavers are employed in a safe, supportive and comfortable environment.

Textiles are hand made using hand-spun cotton and techniques inspired by ancient weaving traditions. All of the dyes are eco-friendly and made of local plants, herbs and natural products.
